Hello, World

Stride Team ·
announcement

We’re building Stride.

A mobile code editor that understands code structure, not just characters. Plus a curated problem list to practice on.

No AI. No credits. No bullshit.

Why This Exists

Mobile coding is broken. Every app tries to shrink a desktop IDE onto a phone. Fat fingers on tiny characters. Symbol hunting across keyboard layers.

We got mad on the train. So we built something better.

The Editor

We built a touch-native code editor that actually works:

  • AST-aware cursor — move by token, not character. Select by scope, not drag.
  • Structure insertion — tap to insert loops, conditionals, functions. No character hunting.
  • Symbol toolbar — one tap for {}, (), []
  • Runs offline — tests execute on-device, instant feedback
  • Real autocomplete — TypeScript/JavaScript intellisense, on mobile

The Problems

250+ curated algorithm problems. The ones that actually matter for interviews. No filler.
